4:20 a.m.: I know I should still be in bed asleep. I’ve been up since 2:30 a.m. but I also fell asleep before 6 pm. Whoops. I didn’t have anything planned for the 4th of July but I was bored and missed my sister so I went over to her place. I had a little too much to drink, and I’m still hungover. I shouldn’t had so many double shots of vodka. Whoops. I made it home in one piece, but barely. I did catch an Uber home. I slept all of yesterday trying to recover from the hangover I received. Honestly, it didn’t help Bobby and I were fighting on the 4th. He was being a dick and that only added to the fact that I wanted to get pimpin’ drunk on the holiday. He was apologetic later for being a dick, but the vodka was still well deserved, plus it was a holiday, which is another good excuse to drink. It was worth it because my sister and I had a really good time. She got drunk too but she was only doing single shots but I always do double shots.

It sounds like maybe you didn’t get to have as happy of a holiday as you could have if you were given the attention you deserve. At least you were able to spend some time with your sister and do some drinking. I hope you were able to have a hamburger and potato salad and watermelon and watch some fireworks.
