6:24 pm Bobby (my fiance) won at the casino yesterday. He gave me $100 and then took us out for dinner at IHOP tonight. I bought a Care Bear Funko Pop (I collect Care Bears) and put the rest of the $100 he gave me in the bank. I’m trying to do better about savings because I am spending more than I should. But IHOP was delicious tonight. I love their turkey sandwiches. It’s not even 6:30 and I’m already having trouble keeping my eyes open. I’ve been so tired today, even though I took a nap. I’m hoping to go to sleep early tonight. It did feel good to get out today after being snowed in all weekend! We didn’t get as much snow as expected (maybe 8 inches – they predicted 14 inches) and we didn’t get any ice so it could have been a lot worse. 🙂
